Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Affiliate Program

For each new customer referred by you that purchases one or more AppLevel accounts, iLlumos Digital representatives will send USD 10 through Paypal and only Paypal. We are not responsible for whether PayPal is available or functions properly in your country, and no other payment methods will be used. You will receive payments as long as the referred client stays with AppLevel as an active subscription.The referred client needs to indicate your referral in the purchase. If the referral was not indicated or indicated incorrectly, you will not receive the payment.Promoting other WhatsApp integrations, systems or services that the company understands as competition will be cause of your affiliation cancellation immediately. It will also be a cause of deactivation and cancellation of all unpaid commissions.This commission is not cumulative with other promotions or special pricing.Without prior approval and written notice, we can change the affiliate program terms and conditions mentioned in this section.

Pricing and Package Terms

iLlumos Digital offers special pricing based on the number of accounts purchased, under the following conditions:

• 10-Account Pack: When purchasing the 10-account pack through our website, each account will be priced at USD 39, and accounts can be activated as needed by the customer. This price applies exclusively to purchases made through our website.

• Purchase of 10 Individual Accounts: For customers who have purchased individual accounts at a higher price than the pack price and reach a total of 10 accounts, the accounts will retain their original purchase price. The pack discount will not apply to individually purchased accounts, nor will the price be reduced once 10 accounts are reached.

• Tiered Pricing: Account prices may vary based on the quantity purchased, according to the tiers set by iLlumos Digital. However, once a customer surpasses the tier required to access the next pricing level, the prices of previously purchased accounts will not be adjusted.

Payment Terms

All subscriptions are subject to timely payment. We reserve the right to cancel the account in the event of non-payment, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. Whatsapp Bans

If your line gets banned while using AppLevel, you will not get any compensation, indemnización of any kind.You are the only responsible for the use you give to your phone line. We are explicitly not responsible if you get banned by Whatsapp.We give suggestions and tips to avoid being banned but that’s something out of our control.We do not guarantee that your whatsapp account won’t get banned by Whatsapp if you follow our suggestions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your AppLevel account at any time through the AppLevel Dashboard, by email, or via chat with our support team. Upon cancellation, automatic billing will be stopped, and your AppLevel account will remain active until the day before your next scheduled billing date, as payments are made in advance.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if the subscription cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the automatic charge. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Exceptions may apply in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.In the event that a refund is processed, you will receive a detailed invoice to the email address registered with Stripe. Please note that, depending on the bank, the refund may take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account after the invoice is issued.

Termination or Suspension of Service Access

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without prior notice or liability for any reason, including, but not limited to, if, in our sole discretion, you have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. 

Promotional Messages and Materials

By using our service, you agree to occasionally receive promotional messages and materials from us via mail, email, or any other form of contact you provide (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you do not wish to receive such promotional materials or notifications, you may notify us at any time.
